How to Delete Your Data
If you want to delete your data from JOWOOM Instagram API service, you have several options:
Option 1: Automatic Deletion
- Disconnect your Instagram account from our service
- All associated data will be automatically deleted within 30 days
- You will receive email confirmation of deletion
Option 2: Manual Deletion Request
Send an email to: jowoom.info@koaura.com
Include the following information:
- Your Instagram username (@smart_tuners)
- Email address associated with your account
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Option 3: Account Disconnection
- Log into your Facebook Developer account
- Go to App Settings
- Remove JOWOOM Instagram API access
- Data will be automatically deleted within 30 days
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, we remove:
- ✅ Instagram comments and responses
- ✅ Account connection information
- ✅ Analytics and performance data
- ✅ All cached content and media
- ✅ User preferences and settings
Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account access is revoked
- Within 7 days: Active data is deleted from servers
- Within 30 days: All backup data is permanently deleted
- Confirmation: Email notification sent upon completion
Data That May Remain
For legal and security purposes, we may retain:
- Basic transaction logs (anonymized)
- Legal compliance records
- Security incident reports
Note: This data cannot be linked back to your account after deletion.
Verification Process
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing deletion requests. This may include:
- Confirming your Instagram account ownership
- Verifying your email address
